Michael Cole announced this past Monday on RAW that the road to Money in the Bank will kick off with a series of qualifying matches on SmackDown. The red brand will host its own qualifiers next Monday.
What’s next for Jacob Fatu?
Jacob Fatu retained his United States Championship at Backlash, thanks to Jeff Cobb’s interference. A surprised Fatu took the opportunity to pin LA Knight and retain his title. Fans can expect a segment involving Fatu, Cobb and Solo Sikoa tonight on the blue brand.
Will Cody Rhodes return to SmackDown?
Cody Rhodes hasn’t appeared on WWE programming since he dropped the Undisputed WWE Championship to John Cena at WrestleMania. The American Nightmare is advertised for tonight’s show in Greensboro on the road to Saturday Night’s Main Event.
