TKO continues to make changes to WWE‘s corporate structure that isn’t friendly to the employees of the company.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, TKO sent out a memo to WWE employees this afternoon to inform them that a new severance policy has been implemented, effective immediately.
WWE has now adopted the TKO policy of two weeks’ worth of severance pay for every year you have worked for the company. Reducing it from a month for every year you worked there previously. Johnson also reports that there are now “additional caps” on the policy based on the management level. However, he doesn’t have more information about that at this time.
This change has caused a “major blow to company morale” as many are tasked with responsbilities beyond WWE, including UFC and PBR. A much larger workload than when the company was owned by Vince McMahon.
