2K has released two new patches for WWE 2K25, with the latter breaking a popular feature in the game.
WWE Games and 2K announced yesterday on their official website that patches 1.17 and 1.18 have been released for WWE 2K25, promising multiple improvements and fixes crossing multiple modes, including:
General
- Stability and Performance improvements
Gameplay
- Addressed reported concerns of Superstars flying out of bounds after going up the steel steps with a prop
- Addressed reported concerns with the incorrect championship appearing on the nameplate when a superstar has the Undisputed WWE Championship belt equipped
The Island
- Addressed reported concerns with Today’s Matches not showing remaining time left
- Wyatt Sicks Quest Expansion now available
- A new Free Chapter of Island Quest Content.
- Find the entrance in the cemetery of The Deadlands.
- Earn new rewards (including CAS Parts) for completing this exclusive chapter.
Roster
- Addressed reported concerns of Elite Cody Rhodes missing after unlocking him in MyFACTION
Create
- Addressed reported concerns with some CAS parts being incorrectly marked for DLC
Patch 1.18 broke custom logos in WWE 2K25
Unfortunately, the second patch broke a very popular portion of the game in the creation suite. Where multiple custom logos on created wrestlers or in-game superstars no longer work.

Redownloading The Creation it fixes this issue.
However if the creastion was never uploaded then you are out of luck, I wouldnt save that creation until the next patch.

After being bombarded with complaints over the past 24 hours, 2K responded to these concerns on social media, tweeting out:
“We are investigating reports of missing custom images after the latest patch (1.18) and we’ll provide an update shortly on a resolution. Thank you for your patience,” WWE Games said in a post.
