Former TNA World Champion Joe Hendry asks fans to name his new move after WWE NXT match.
On this week’s WWE NXT, Hendry teamed up with Mike Santana to face The High Ryze (Tyriek Igwe and Tyson DuPont). During the match, Hendry threw Igwe out of the ring and followed it up with a new move, similar to a Fosbury Flop, landing on him outside.
Mike Santana hit DuPont with a slam as Santana climbed the top rope, Trick Williams appeared while Wes Lee distracted the referee. Williams threw Hendry into the steel steps, but Santana, still focused on his opponents, knocked Lee off the apron and hit DuPont with his Spin the Block finisher to win the match.
After the match, TNA World Champion Trick Williams attacked Mike Santana. Joe Hendry rushed in to help, but Wes Lee and The High Ryze joined Williams in the attack. Together, they took down both Hendry and Santana, leaving them laid out in the ring as they all stood tall.
Despite the post-match assault, Joe Hendry is focused on something else — naming his new move, which was similar to the Fosbury Flop. Hendry took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and shared a clip of his new move, asking fans to “name this move.”
