WWE is looking to secure a major theme park integration.
A new report from Fightful’s Patreon sheds light on the company’s plans to collaborate with Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights, a Halloween-themed event at Universal Studios’ theme parks in Orlando, Los Angeles and Singapore.
“Halloween Horror Nights is WWE’s next quest. Fightful Select learned that WWE plans to announce an integration into Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights later this month. We’re told that this has long been rumored within the theme park community dating back to last year, and it’s something that has been worked on since late last year.”
The report further notes that this year’s Universal Studios integrations would feature prominent Halloween-themed characters such as Jason from the Friday the 13th franchise.
Halloween Horror Nights runs from August 29 to November 2 in Orlando. It’s not been announced yet, but it’s also possible that WWE may bring Halloween Havoc back to NXT in 2025. The company brought Halloween Havoc to the Giant Center in Hershey in 2024. The four prior events took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
NXT’s next Premium Live Event, The Great American Bash, goes down this Saturday in Atlanta, Georgia. The announced card for the event is as follows:
- Oba Femi (c) vs. Yoshiki Inamura – NXT Championship
- Ethan Page (c) vs. Ricky Saints – Falls Count Anywhere for the NXT North American Championship
- Sol Ruca (c) vs. Izzi Dame – Women’s North American Championship
- Jordynne Grace and Blake Monroe vs. Fatal Influence
- TNA World Championship contract signing featuring Trick Williams, Joe Hendry and Mike Santana
