Many professional wrestlers have filled their bodies with tattoos. One such star is the Second City Saint, CM Punk. Recently, Punk revealed what one of his most important pieces is.
Punk was the latest guest on WWE’s Tattooed series. During the episode, the Best in the World shared that one of the most painful tattoos he has ever gotten was the one behind his ear. It is a diamond with stars and the number 31 etched on it. CM Punk revealed that this design also means a lot to him, as the number 31 represents his family. He also shared that his entire family has the same tattoo, in different parts of their bodies.
“The one behind my ear, which really technically is on my skull, was next level [painful]. But it’s small enough to where I was like, I can survive this. The top three most meaningful tattoos that I have that are near and dear to me. It represents my family. Every sibling has a color, and the family number is 31. The number was just dad’s jersey number which was adopted by everybody. So, the little sisters play softball, soccer. They all were so moved they went out and got the same tattoo. So, we all have it. Just in different areas,” CM Punk said.
During the show, CM Punk also revealed why he has a Pepsi tattoo, noting that it’s not just because he liked the soda.
