WWE Superstar Dakota Kai revealed her new look after being absent from TV.
The Damage CTRL member posted a bold new style on her social media, swapping her usual straightened hair with new look in curls. She shared how she had been talking about showing off her natural hair for years and finally did. Her hair looks amazing, and she looks great.
She wrote, “Surprise haha. In 2020, I had to cut all my natural hair to an inch. I had been straightening and bleaching the sh!t out of my hair since high school and it took its toll. I never loved my curly hair because I didn’t know how to look after it and I got teased for it growing up. @herhandstyles played the biggest part of helping it get healthy, I love her sm for that and I’m learning to love my hair too.”
Dakota Kai last wrestled on WWE Main Event against Ivy Nile on March 24th in Glasgow, Scotland. She was last seen on WWE RAW on March 17th, where she faced Nile in a match.
Dakota Kai names potential WWE NXT opponents
Speaking to Stephanie Hypes for Bodyslam.net at WrestleMania 41 media day, Dakota Kai was asked about potential idea to return to compete on NXT. Kai expressed that she would be very much on board with the idea.
“I never held the NXT Women’s Championship, or they’ve even got the [Women’s] North American Championship now. I would love to wrestle any of those girls,” Dakota Kai said. “You’ve got Kelani [Jordan], Lash [Legend], Sol [Ruca], all of these girls. Fallon [Henley], the list goes on and on and on. You could just blindly point and be like, ‘she’s dope!’
“Any of those girlies, I’d love to wrestle in the ring,” she added. “Even the new girls on the LFG show, like Penina [Tuilaepa], she’s so cool! She’s got to barbecue for me, she cooks Samoan food.”
