Liv Morgan is heading to Hollywood to film a movie soon. And based on a new report, this isn’t a small role.
This week on RAW, one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Liv Morgan, revealed that she’ll be taking some time off in order to film a big Hollywood film. While no further details were provided on RAW, we now have a lot more information on the matter.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, the role Morgan has landed is still under wraps. However, it’s not for the upcoming Marvel Studios project Avengers: Doomsday, or any superhero movie for that matter.
Johnson states Morgan’s part is a “major dramatic role.” With one source calling it “one of the most impressive ‘gets’ imaginable.” He further notes that once the studio and talent in this film are revealed, it will become clear just how “prestigious” this project is.
One source told Johnson that if the movie turns out to be a hit as internally projected, it could seal Morgan’s role as the new “it girl” in Hollywood.
While the film itself is still unknown, sources within Hollywood have told Johnson that the movie is comparable to Everything Everywhere All At Once, The Raid, and Anora.
More details on this project are scheduled to be revealed at some point next week.
