AJ Styles once again proved why he’s The Phenomenal One.
The December 1, 2025, episode of WWE RAW featured AJ Styles and Dragon Lee defending the World Tag Team Championship against The New Day. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods finally got a shot at the title after weeks of mourning the RAW tag team division. However, they couldn’t get the job done.
AJ Styles pinned Kofi Kingston to score the victory after pulling off one of the most insane Styles Clashes of all time. He had Kingston hanging on his belly on the top rope, and when Dragon Lee performed a double stomp on Kingston, the latter bounced off the ropes and landed right in position for The Phenomenal One to catch him and nail him with a Styles Clash.
Styles is nearing the end of his in-ring career as he’s set to retire at the end of 2026. However, he continues to prove that he’s at the top of his game with performances like this. One also has to give Kofi Kingston props for selling the move flawlessly.
AJ Styles Is Considering Shaving His Head Following Retirement
Speaking to Kenny McIntosh of Inside The Ropes, AJ Styles said that his wife is not a fan of his current hairstyle and that he’s considering shaving his head after he retires next year.
“According to my wife, it’s going to be cut soon,” Styles revealed. “Like it’s getting way too long, and she doesn’t like it. So she’s like, repeatedly telling me, I’m gonna have to cut a couple inches off. Not cut it all off now. But when retirement does finally come, that will be the first thing that goes is probably the hair.
“I’m thinking about a full shave. Just go, completely gone, all of it. But the thing is, if I want to grow out my hair after doing that, it’s gonna look really silly. There’s always that point. I mean, you think about the evolution of AJ Styles, when he started growing his hair out, it was Emo AJ Styles, it was Soccer Mom AJ Styles, and now his hair is too long AJ Styles.”
