This week, we were given a small glimpse of what the Bray Wyatt portion of the WWE 2K22 MyRise mode looked like.
In the summer of 2021, WWE shockingly released Bray Wyatt from the company. Unfortunately for 2K, they were already hard at work on WWE 2K22. The company had planned to make Bray Wyatt a large focal point of that year’s MyRise mode. WWE would force 2K to remove Wyatt from he game. This caused 2K22’s MyRise mode to feel like a shell of what it could have been.
Years later, thanks to the latest DLC update in WWE 2K25 surrounding The Island, we have gotten our first and likely final glimpse of what 2K had planned for Wyatt in 2K22.
ThisGenGaming took to social media this week to reveal a video that can be seen during Wyatt’s portion of The Island, which features a small glimpse of Bray from 2K22, tweeting out:
“All of the released Bray Wyatt WWE 2K22 MyRise footage. This was cut from the game and considered lost media. This is probably the most you’re ever going to see,” ThisGenGaming said in a post.

While no footage was released, The Island also featured a quick screenshot of what Wyatt looked like in the Firefly Funhouse in 2K22. You can also check that out below:
