Cody Rhodes has a message for his fanbase heading into WWE SummerSlam next month.
It’s been an odd 2025 for Cody Rhodes. After dropping the Undisputed WWE Championship to John Cena at WrestleMania 41, Rhodes disappeared from WWE programming until late May when he returned at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Now with his sights squarely back on Cena, the former champion took a moment to speak to his fans.
The American Nightmare took to social media this evening to send a cryptic message to his fanbase in the WWE Universe, tweeting out:
“Don’t flinch. Thank you all for riding with me all this time. Love you for it. Excited for what we do next,” Cody Rhodes said in a post.
While it’s not certain what Rhodes is teasing, we do know he has his rematch for the Undisputed WWE Championship against John Cena next month at SummerSlam.
