Alexa Bliss credited two current WWE Superstars for helping her prepare for her WWE return.
During her appearance on the Nikki & Brie Show, Bliss revealed that WWE contacted her just after midnight the night before the event. She arrived at the venue only two hours before showtime and received immediate support backstage.
Bliss highlighted how locker room veterans Bayley and Natalya quickly stepped in to guide her through the process. They both make sure she was ready. Bliss said, “No, I owe all that to Bayley and Nattie because they were so great about coming in, sneaking in, and being like, ‘All right, what are we doing?’ I’m like, ‘Okay, great.’ It was super, super awesome.”
Alexa Bliss has stayed active since returning to WWE, competing in major shows like the Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber. She also reached to the semi-finals of the Queen of the Ring tournament but lost to Asuka.
Although she hasn’t captured a title yet, she moved one step closer last Friday when she teamed up with Charlotte Flair to score a big win on SmackDown. Now, the two are set to challenge for the Women’s Tag Team Championship at Evolution this weekend.
