AEW is reportedly looking to sign a talent who was recently released from WWE.
Back in February, WWE released 10 talents. And AEW is reportedly heavily interested in one of them.
On the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio, it was reported that AEW is heavily interested in Isla Dawn. To the point that she was recently backstage at an AEW show and is expected to be working for them soon.
“We have learned through sources that AEW is heavily interested in recently released talent, Isla Dawn,” the report said. “So much so, according to one source, she was recently backstage at an AEW taping… the expectation is that she will begin working AEW shows in the very near future.” [H/T: WrestlingNews.co]
It’s uncertain when Dawn will start with the company. However, a surprise entrant into the Women’s Casino Gauntlet at All In: Texas would make a lot of sense.
