WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg’s new merchandise is inspired by Rat Fink drawings.
For those who don’t know, Rat Fink drawings are wild cartoon art showing crazy rats with big eyes and sharp teeth driving cool cars. Ed “Big Daddy” Roth created them in the 1950s and 60s. Ed Roth created Rat Fink as a opposite to Mickey Mouse. Rat Fink is usually green or gray, with big bloodshot eyes, sharp teeth, and red overalls with “R.F.” on them. He’s often shown driving cars or bikes.
Goldberg returned on WWE RAW and challenged Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship. He also revealed new merchandise on WWE RAW. The design is inspired by Rat Fink art it shows Goldberg as a wild cartoon rat with sharp teeth, a long tongue, and riding a car.
The new merchandise features the words “Goldberg’s Last Ride.” The Hall of Famer is preparing for his final match. He is set to battle Gunther for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, taking place in his hometown of Atlanta on July 12.
Gunther and Goldberg’s rivalry started at WWE Bad Blood 2024, when Gunther mocked Goldberg in front of his family. The WWE Hall of Famer reacted by jumping the barricade, but security and officials quickly broke up the situation. Since then, it is believed Gunther would be Goldberg’s final opponent and WWE confirmed it on RAW by making their match official for Saturday Night’s Main Event.
