Damian Priest has proven to be a very smart businessman.
Previously, Priest has gone on record to state that he has creative control over his WWE entrance theme as part of his new contract. However, that’s not the only thing he’s shrewdly negotiated for himself.
On the latest episode of What Do You Wanna Talk About, Damian Priest revealed that another perk he negotiated with his new WWE contract was upgraded flights to first class to prevent further damage to his body.
“I was like, hey, I don’t wanna be in pain anymore,” Damian Priest said. “I don’t wanna wrestle and then be (hunches over). Because I’m sorry, I am a big guy and I don’t fit. And they were like, yeah, that’s not a problem, you should have had that already.
“I was like, well, I don’t know the rules, I don’t know how to politic, I don’t know how to ask for stuff. That’s just not me. But that was the first time they were like, yeah, you can sit at the front of the plane from now on.” [H/T: WrestleTalk]
