WWE Superstar AJ Styles reveals how he pulled off a wild move that fans still talk about.
AJ Styles is famous for his high-impact and versatile moveset. Fans instantly recognize his signature finishers, the Phenomenal Forearm and the Styles Clash. He’s also delivered unique moves over the years like the Calf Crusher, 450 Splash, and Spiral Tap, especially in his TNA run.
In one unforgettable match against Abyss, Styles pulled off a jaw-dropping move outside the ring. He slid under the fan barricade, quickly climbed on top of it, and launched into a Hurricanrana, leaving fans stunned by his athleticism and creativity.
A fan recently posted the clip on Twitter/X, expressing amazement at the move and asking how Styles managed to pull it off. Styles responded by explaining that he only managed the move on certain guard rails, depending on their height and placement. He wrote, “I was able to do it on certain guard rails, but not all. A few were lower to the ground than others.”
AJ Styles reveals plans to open his own wrestling school
Back in April, during a Fanatics live signing at WWE World, a fan asked AJ Styles how to become a pro wrestler. Styles recommended Flatbacks, a wrestling school in the Orlando area run by Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears. He praised both coaches and said he had visited the school himself and was impressed by the training.
However, Styles also mentioned he plans to open his own wrestling school within a year, with help from his friends. “You know what? I’ll tell you that this guy [Tyler Breeze] runs a great school [called] Flatbacks. If you ever get the opportunity to go see him and his school, train there,” AJ Styles said. “I’ve been there myself, it’s amazing. They’re really great coaches down there. [And] hopefully in another year, with some advice from my friends, I will also be opening my own place,” Styles added. “I’ll let you guys know. But right now, Flatbacks is definitely the place to be.”
While he didn’t give many details, he did say the school would be in his hometown of Gainesville, Georgia.
