Ric Flair has taken to social media to address posts he made in which he referenced Jim Ross and his recent colon cancer diagnosis.
Ric Flair recently took to social media in an effort to explain a post that has since been deleted. The original post from Flair said that Ross was “seeking attention” and should focus on his recovery. After backlash to the post sparked up immediately, Flair responded to it in his newest post.
“If You Can’t Take A Joke From A 76 Year Old Man, Then You Are Living Life Too Seriously,” said Flair. “It Was All Harmless, Lighthearted Fun! Just Trying To Make People Laugh & Smile!”

In a lengthier post, Ric Flair went on to reference an upcoming interview with Justin Barasso. In that interview, Flair says, he praised the wrestling legend. He said that he put Ross on his Mt. Rushmore alongside Gordon Solie, Gene Okerlund, and Jerry Lawler.
“It Happens In Life! I Lost A Son, He Lost A Beautiful Wife,” said Flair. “We Have A Lot In Common. We Were Both Considered The Best At What We Do. Let’s Leave It Alone At That And All The Haters Can Focus On Someone Else Now.”
