Triple Threat Match pour le United States Championship – Dolph Ziggler bat Baron Corbin(c) et Bobby Roode et devient le nouveau United States Champion. Très bon match pour ouvrir le PPV, belles performances de la part des trois. Ziggler remporte le combat en contrant un End of Days de COrbin sur Roode par un Zig Zag sur le champion.

En coulisses Shane McMahon vient voir Daniel Bryan et dit qu’il le respecte et c’est la raison pour laquelle il l’a choisi en tant que GM, mais veut savoir pourquoi il s’est nommé arbitre ce soir. Daniel répond qu’il veut conserver l’intégrité du show, et dit qu’il sera à ses côtés dans le ring et non à l’extérieur. Une certaine tension est a noter entre les deux.
On retrouve Baron Corbin énervé en coulisses qui balance une poubelle. Selon lui Ziggler n’avait rien à faire dans ce match et veut sa revanche pour reprendre son titre.

Tag Team Match – Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens battent Randy Orton & Shinsuke Nakamura. Alors que le match se termine, Orton porte un RKO sur Zayn et pense avoir la victoire mais lors du compte de Shane, Bryan le bouscule, poussé par Owens et les deux arbitres se disputent. Suite à cela Zayn se reprend et fait un tombé sur Orton que Shane refuse de terminer alors qu’il aurait pu largement arriver à trois. Quelques secondes plus tard Zayn retente un tombé et Bryan fait un compte rapide, donnant la victoire à Sami et Kevin. La controverse est donc loin d’être terminée.
