WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker already knows which actor he wants to play him in a movie.
The Undertaker recently joined the Mic Check with Ken Anderson podcast, where he was asked who should portray him in a possible biopic. The question came up as fans have seen several popular wrestling biopics. As many fans believe The Undertaker’s story deserves one too.
At first, he joked about the actor needing to be tall and good-looking. After a moment of thought, he chose Jason Momoa as his pick. “Oh, man. They’d have to be tall, extremely good looking. I don’t know, man. I need somebody with a little bit more edge to him, Jason Momoa. All tatted up, too.” [H/T: wrestlingheadlines]
The Undertaker chose Jason Momoa to play him in a biopic, and fans often compare Momoa to former WWE Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns. In a past interview with Chris Van Vliet, Momoa said fans had already noticed the similarity between him and Reigns. Now that The Undertaker picked him for the role, it t will be interesting to see how he reacts.
JBL believes The Undertaker could wrestle again
While speaking on Something To Wrestle, JBL said he believes The Undertaker could step back into the ring. He suggested that The Deadman’s return match could happen against The Ring General Gunther.
“I would think it’d be a possibility. He looks great. I mean, he looks great, and he’s in terrific shape. And I know the type of training, he’s doing a lot of functional training…not just, you know, training, like going and doing some bench press, some squats, you know, the old power lifting, lifts that we all did… So his body’s moving well, he’s, you know, he can, I feel like he probably could still move or move as well as he’s done for 20 years. I mean, I think that’d be great to I’d love to see him come back for something.”
“It would be awesome, you know. And the thing is, Gunther is an easy choice. You need a big, tough guy that can wrestle, that knows his way around, and you need a guy that can get heat on Undertaker, you know, you need, you know, Undertaker is a big guy, and he looks great now, and he’s still a really big guy. You need a guy like GUNTHER that can get heat on it. And so it makes perfect sense that GUNTHER would be the guy if Taker looking for somebody to come back.”
