Tony Hinchcliffe is linking up with WWE again for SummerSlam.
Variety is reporting that Tony Hinchcliffe will host “WWE Late Night featuring Tony Hinchcliffe” on SummerSlam weekend. The Markin’ Out podcast also shared details about the event obtained via an email blast sent to Bergen Performing Arts Center subscribers, with WWE later confirming the event via press release.
The non-televised event will take place at the Bergen PAC in Englewood, NJ, on Aug. 2 at 11 pm ET. That is the first night of SummerSlam 2025, which takes place on August 2 and 3 at MetLife Stadium. This is the second late-night collaboration between the controversial comedian and WWE. The comedian hosted “The Roast of WrestleMania Featuring Tony Hinchcliffe & Friends” at the BleauLive Theater at Fontainebleau Las Vegas as a part of WrestleMania 41 week. That roast featured appearances from Paul Heyman, The Miz and Sami Zayn, among other WWE Superstars.
When will tickets for WWE Late Night featuring Tony Hinchcliffe go on sale?
An exclusive presale for “WWE Late Night” will begin June 30 at 10 am ET/ 7 am PT until 11:59 pm ET/8:59pm PT via Ticketmaster. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on July 1 at 10 am ET. Hinchcliffe is the only guest announced so far. The rest of the lineup, which includes WWE Superstars, will be announced soon.
The match card for WWE Summerslam is still taking shape, but two matches are known. The winner of the King of the Ring tournament will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Championship. The Queen of the Ring tournament winner will challenge for either the Raw or SmackDown Women’s Championship.
WWE applied to trademark “WWE Late Night” on June 20. According to the application, WWE planned to use the trademark for entertainment services, namely, hosting and producing live comedic performances and shows.
