Queen of the Ring allegedly had WWE block its attempts to advertise during RAW.
The film, which shares the story of wrestling legend Mildred Burke, made an attention-grabbing accusation against WWE on Twitter/X. The Queen of the Ring Twitter/X account suggested in a now-deleted tweet that WWE was not supportive of the film, calling it “The movie the WWE doesn’t want you to see.”
In response, one follower shared their thoughts, saying they enjoyed the film but doubted WWE had any issue with it, stating, “Saw it, enjoyed it. No idea why WWE wouldn’t want to have seen it. Click bait.” The official Queen of the Ring account replied by accusing WWE of trying to block their TV ads from airing during RAW, calling it illegal.
They tweeted, “You should ask them why they tried to block us from running TV ads during Raw (illegal), why they asked us to sponsor their events, we agreed to the financial deal then they pulled us out last minute..this is just a glimpse into the sabotaging behavior.. perhaps we will expand on the intel.”
