Nikki Bella is responsible for paying out a hefty sum as part of her divorce settlement.
TMZ is reporting some of the details of Nikki’s separation agreement from her soon-to-be ex-husband, Artem Chigvintsev. According to the outlet, Nikki Bella (Garcia) reached an agreement to pay Artem $3,500 per month for child care costs for their son, Matteo. In addition, Nikki will also be responsible for covering the cost of Matteo’s speech therapist. However, she and Artem will split the costs of their son’s extracurricular activities. They’ll also split up the major holidays, alternating visitation each year.
According to legal documents, Nikki Bella is also responsible for paying Artem a sum of $200,000; one payment of $100,000 now, and she’ll make the remaining $100,000 before the end of the year. Despite paying those expenses, Nikki will keep ownership of her Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and Bonita Bonita winery brands.
Why are Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev splitting up?
Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev filed for divorce last year following a reported domestic violence incident at the couple’s home in August. Artem was arrested after he allegedly attacked her in their home. However, Artem later claimed that Nikki was actually the aggressor in the unfortunate incident. The couple reached a settlement back in November 2024, but a judge only recently signed off on the files.
Nikki returned to the ring at the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble in Indianapolis, and has continued to tease that she will make more appearances. Despite WWE not making it official (yet), Nikki and Brie are two of the many linked to WWE who have hinted that Evolution 2 is happening this year. Plans are not official yet, but there is a reported date for the oft-rumored event.
