- The show opened with footage from earlier of Ava trying to tell Hank and Tank to not interfere in the eight man tag for later, but she has something in her eyes, so they think she’s winking and not being serious.
- Nia Jax defeated Lash Legend by pinfall. Legend tried to powerbomb Jax, who was just too heavy and crashed down on her with an Annihilator.
- Chelsea Green and The Secret Hervice are trying to figure out which woman might team with Tavion Heights.
- Joe Hendry defeated Charlie Dempsey by pinfall.
- Backstage, Lola Vice told Kelani Jordan that since she’s been on a roll lately, she and Jordan locked in to win this match. Jordan also wants them to win so she can be in title contention. Jaida Parker tells both that she’s betting on them tonight, but make no mistake, she’s the first in line for a title match.
- Josh Briggs cut an in-ring promo complaining. Yoshiki Inamura came out. Standard fight segment. They’ll have a match next week.
- Interview with Jordynne Grace: She told Kelly Kincaid that it’s on her for letting her guard down, her biggest struggles have always been in her mind and not thinking she’s good enough, Blake Monroe feels the same and tears other people down, so she’s going to show Monroe at Heatwave what a real champion looks like.
- Footage was shown of Jacy Jayne’s issues with Masha Slamovich and the Elegance Brand in TNA. Both Slamovich and Ash by Elegance are in attendance tonight. Jayne got annoyed at Fallon Henley for cutting her off in the interview and is mad at Jazmyn Nyx for booking this tag team match. Lainey Reid wished Jayne good luck to suck up to her some more.
- Oba Femi tries to get Moose, Trick Williams, and Je’Von Evans on the same page for their eight-man tag team match. They don’t have to be friends to work together as the alpha males of their species. Moose is on board, Evans is also, and Williams says it is what it is and reiterates that they’re all going to lose to him soon. Hank and Tank pretend to be exterminators spying on them as Robert Stone tells them to leave.
- Lola Vice and Kelani Jordan defeated Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne & Fallon Henley with Jazmyn Nyx) by pinfall with Jordan pinning Jayne.
- Vignette: Jasper Troy can’t stand people like Ricky Saints who think they’re so cool and perfect, get all the girls and all the glory. Those people would be nothing without monsters like himself protecting them, and he’s going to put Saints in the dirt.
- Alba Fyre defeated Kendal Grey by pinfall. After the match, Ethan Page came out to stand with The Secret Hervice and badmouth Kendal Grey as a bad pick to fight Chelsea Green. Tavion Heights said he actually had chosen Tyra Mae Steele, who then took out Alba Fyre, Piper Niven, and Ethan Page on her own.
- Fatal Influence were arguing as they went into Ava’s office. Ava informed Jayne that she’s going to defend the TNA Knockouts World Championship in a Triple Threat match at Heatwave against Masha Slamovich and Ash by Elegance. Also, next week, there will be a six woman tag team match with Fatal Influence against The Elegance Brand.
- Eight-Man Tag Team Match: DarkState (Dion Lennox, Osiris Griffin, Saquon Shugars & Cutler James) defeated Oba Femi, Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans and Moose by pinfall on Evans. Hank Walker and Tank Ledger then went after DarkState once the bell rang, so this episode ended with an in-ring brawl.
