Kurt Angle has heard enough from ECW Legend The Sandman regarding his reaction to the infamous crucifixion angle.
The Sandman recently appeared on the Legion of Skanks Podcast. When asked if he had a problem with the Raven crucifixion angle in ECW back in 1996, Sandman said the only person who had a problem with it was Kurt Angle.
“To me, it wasn’t a pain in the ass at all,” The Sandman said. “The only problem was f*cking Kurt Angle. He was the only f*cking problem! It was his first night in the f*cking wrestling business. His very first night at his very first house show. He was sitting up in the Eagles Nest. He’s watching it all. He sees me get f*cking crucified. He’s ready to lose his f*cking mind.
“I’m like, you’re a pussy! No, dude, I was hot… Because it’s a joke, dude. Kurt Angle could have been watching a movie. Do you think he would have got pissed if he was watching a f*cking movie about wrestling? And then six months later, The Undertaker puts Austin on a f*cking cross. Do you think he went to Vince and complained then? No!”
Kurt Angle caught wind of The Sandman’s comments and responded to the clip, stating:
“If Sandman has a problem with me then do something about it. You pussy,” Kurt Angle said in a post.
While we’re pretty certain nothing will come from this. It would be hilarious if these two men decided to settle their differences in the ring.
